Returns and Store Credit:
Twelve Of Hearts does not offer refunds to original payment methods.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is automatically applied at checkout once available
To access your store credit, please log in to your account using the email address used for your original order. Your balance will be available as a payment option at checkout.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Twelve Of Hearts provides a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply use the label provided to send your item(s) back. Please retain your tracking information until your return has been processed, as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach us.

Return Instructions:
If an order is mailed back and was not accepted via email prior to Twelve Of Hearts receiving it, Twelve Of Hearts does not guarantee any return or store credit will be processed. Once you start the process of a return, we'll provide you with further return instructions. Just make sure to include your name and order number in the package so we know it's from you.
Timeframe for Returns:
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date the item was delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, and free of stains, smells, (e.g., perfume, makeup, animal hair, deodorant) and any other signs of use. Swimwear must have the hygienic liners intact, and shoes and hats must be returned in their original boxes. Please ensure that all returned items are in condition suitable for resale. In the event an item is returned in an unsuitable state, the item will be returned to the buyer, and the cost of the return shipment(s) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing Time:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your return will be issued as store credit, which will be posted to your account within 10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged Items:
Though we inspect each item thoroughly before shipping, we understand we might miss something! If something arrives damaged, let us know within 5 days via email at hello@twelveofheartsboutique.com. But don't wash or wear it, we want to see it as-is. After this period, Twelve Of Hearts cannot be held responsible for any damage.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that all sale and clearance items (including, but not limited to, items purchased during Black Friday + Cyber Monday, flash sale promotions, with discount codes, store credit codes, and markdowns) are final sale. No store credit will be given for these items. These items are not eligible for returns of any kind.
